To take advantage of product privileges, such as silent updates, after deployment, workstations must have internet access the first time they launch the applications. Users can then work offline, but they won’t have access to internet-based features.
For successful software authentication on a corporate network, allow access to https://iws.corel.com, the address of the Corel authentication server. Use port 443, with the following endpoint: https://iws.corel.com. If the sign-in dialog appears, ensure access to https://ipm.corel.com, https://idp.coreldraw.com, https://wll741ba4c.execute-api.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/prod/getautheninfo, and https://myaccount.corel.com for authentication.
Users can be automatically signed in to the corel.com account associated with your volume license purchase provided you included your corel.com account credentials (email address and password) during the creation of the server image. Users can also sign in themselves at the first application launch after installation if you have invited them to authenticate their license with their personal corel.com account. This ensures that they can use their product privileges.
You can choose to remove specific workstations from your My account page on corel.com. To sign in workstations that you previously signed out, you must provide account credentials.
