Learn about credit categories
There are three categories of credits – trial, recurring, and non-recurring – each with specific rules for allocation and expiration, as captured in the table below.

Credits are allotted only once at the start of a trial. |
Recurring credits (subscriptions and maintenance licenses)

Credits are allotted monthly and reset at the start of each month. Unused credits do not carry over. |
Non-recurring credits (products and AI packs bought as one-time purchase)

Credits are allotted only once for products bought as one-time purchase (buy once, own forever) and do not recur. These credits never expire and remain available until used. |
